Payment Policy

Insurance

I currently accept Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna Behavioral Health (Evernorth), Optum/United Behavioral Health (UHC)/UMR plans. For all other insurance plans, I can provide you with an out-of-network bill which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

Payment and Pricing

I accept cash, checks and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Payment is due at the time of service. Fees apply for bounced checks and late payments. Services are priced as follows:

Phone Consultation (10-30 minutes): $0

Individual Session (55 minutes): $175

Family Session (60 minutes): $190

Cancellation

Please contact me 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged my full session fee. I have the highest respect for the value of your time as well as my own and this policy standard in counseling ensures that I am able to serve all clients both now and into the future.
